Late, But Worth The Wait!
My order was a bit late, and I hadn’t received a ship notice. But when I contacted the shapedpixel, the issue was resolved very quickly. I received the package the next day. This art is beautiful. We have a LOT in our home! I’m sure we’ll buy more in the future.

Shapedpixele is definitely a service that is like a drug. Once you get attached to the art it is hard to stop buying more and more. I would definitely recommend the membership, the free shipping is amazing. The support works like a clock with a lot of Charme and humor. An excellent company for fine art, which is fair to its artists. I love shapedpixel!

Amazing service
I received an item with a production error. This can happen anywhere so i can’t blame this company. After sending a mail, i got a response the next morning. In the mail i provided pictures of the production error and was send a replacement. The service is amazing, and i really like the product!

I found Shapedpixel a few years ago and I was amazed at the quality of their images and how nice their frames are. Now I am club member and enjoy purchasing a few items a year as gifts, and some for my myself. A Brilliantly Responsive Customer Service
A quick and painless experience with customer service; I ordered two similar looking designs and they inquired on their own to ensure I hadn’t placed the order in error.
Even with the service not currently allowing orders over £130 for uk residents, they’ve seemingly structured their pricing and shipping to allow for customers to still be able to get products of any size or style.

Underwhelmed / Angry
Underwhelmed, then angry after a year! Print arrived looking much more dull than what the website shows. Wasn’t a room centerpiece so we let it be.
After a year, the Large-Size print came crashing down and embedding the metal corner 1/2″ into the baseboard. The adhesive sticker stayed on the wall, it was the adhesive on the magnet that let go.
Angry — caused a decent amount of damage to the baseboard.

Support Saved The Day
Firstly, the quality of the plates is outstanding, the prints are of superb quality and they look amazing on the wall. I went for the matte finish and am absolutely loving the style.
My first order wasn’t all smooth sailing unfortunately, as my plates arrived damaged. Support quickly got back to me and gave me a few options. Replacement arrived perfect.

Refund-experience
I sent back my order and thought it would be as annoying as with other big companies. BUT after sending the package back I received (a few weeks later) a MAN-WRITTEN email, writing that everything is fine and that I should receive my refund, in up to 2 weeks (I got it the same day). They also asked about the reasons for the return and after sending them the information, they replied with a very nice and thoughtful email.

Replacement.
Shapedpixel was lost during shipping process. Contacted the support and immediately they sent me a new artwork which arrived 2 days later. Excellent!

Arrived bent but was replaced free of charge
My artwork arrived and had been bent in transit so I emailed them with pictures and they without hesitation sent a brand new one free of charge and thankfully it arrived perfect. Exactly what I wanted and quality finish would highly recommend, a great alternative to a poster.

Glue not lasting
Nice boards, but after 6 months the glue was not enough anymore and my plate fell. I put it back with pressuring the magnet, two weeks after, the other plate fell. I did the same, and today the first one fell again :/ It now has two collision marks on its bottom, and one (luckily almost invisible) stripe
Update : Shapedpixel has replied to me and will send me compensations ! It’s nice
